Best lightweight/foldable pram that can accommodate a buggy board?

Need help finding a pram - I'm going in circles!
I'm due in 6 weeks with our second boy, the first will be 2y9m old and we do a lot of walking. We live in the city centre, in a flat on the 2nd floor of a building with no lift, and nowhere to leave a pram in the communal hall.

Our first pram was a Britax Agile M stroller but at 10kg I found it too heavy to carry up the stairs when usually also having to carry the baby, shopping, etc. So I left that one with the in laws and got a Chicco Ohlala because it was the lightest one I could find (3.6 kg). It's a very basic pram, kinda bumpy, no frills, but its worked well for us simply because I can get it up and down the stairs easily and it was quite cheap.

Now that we have a second baby coming along, I'm hoping to use a carrier with him for the first few months, and then have younger boy in the pram, and older boy on a buggy board. We walk a lot and although he is keen to walk too, he gets tired and doubt he will manage full journeys without needing the buggy board.

Can anyone recommend a great lightweight pram that can also accommodate a buggy board? I've been looking at the Bugaboo Bee, but a bit nervous that it weighs 8.6 kg with the seat (not sure how much the buggy board weighs..)

The Yoyo seems to work well with a buggy board (haven't used the board with it, but see lots of families use it). 6.2kg. The compact fold makes it easier to carry up stairs as it can be carried on a shoulder (have to do this lots with a baby in sling).
Silver Cross Zest is 5.8kg so that bit lighter (and makes a noticable difference when carrying up stairs) but not as solid so not sure how well it would work with a board.

Could you bump the buggy up the stairs rather than carry it? My DSis did this when she lived in a 3rd floor flat.
