Do I need a double pushchair?

I just found out I'm expecting my 3rd baby, which is a surprise. When this baby is born my other two will be almost 4 and 2.5, the now 3yo has ASD and is a challenge near roads.

Currently we use a single pushchair and a baby carrier, when no3 comes along will I need a double pram? If so what do I go for?
I'd prefer something with the baby facing me at the top and the toddler facing out at the back.

I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the options, and the thought of going out with 3 littles.

2 year age gap here and the double buggy is a godsend. I wouldn't be without it unless you go absolutely everywhere by car.

I have the out n about so not parent facing, although I'm ok with that. My eldest was in nursery so on those days we used the old single and she could face me in that. Will you have them all at home all the time?

We also have an Uppababy Vista which we've used with a buggy board which is ok once they're reliable enough to stand on it without diving off, this was closer to 3 than 2yo for us. We also used it as a double with the carry cot and found it terrible tbh (love it as a single), so big and heavy to steer so I'd keep an eye on that if you're looking at that style to get parent facing.

I got double with a 36 month age gap. I didn’t need it for long, but used it a lot for about 9 months (I bought it on eBay and sold it for £7 less than I’d paid for it). When the baby was crying and the 3 year old was kicking off, it was invaluable. I imagine even more so with a third child in the mix.
