Parent-facing folding pram?

Hi, I'm looking for a travel system that can fold with the seat still attached in parent-facing and world-facing mode? Can't seem to find many!
Thanks in advance

The Teutonic range is really versatile

Mamas and papas ocarro.
We have it and really like it, but it is big and heavy.

Thanks all for your suggestions.
@SleepyBoPeepy i've had a look at the ocarro and am really liking it! Love the fold and the fact it seems to handle well on different terrains? Do you find the weight a big issue? I'm quite small and not exactly strong!
I'm also liking the venicci too, does anyone have any experience with it?
Thanks.

Following this thread as I am having a nightmare trying to find a pram for my baby due in august! Was hoping to get to a shop before but now worried nothing will open in time to be organised! I’m between the venicci & the Occaro so interested to see people’s opinions Smile

lstedham · 07/05/2020 14:42

@Lolxx if you get any other suggestions or info away from this, please let me know! I'm in exactly the same boat, due in August and worried I won't be able to try any out, and looks like we have the same one's on our shortlist!

@Istedham it’s so difficult isn’t it? I feel like as time goes on I may not have the option to go to the shops to have a good look so I feel more pressure to make sure I pick the right one! I’m swaying more to the Venicci’s as their colours are just beautiful but the Occaro has a lot of practical points about it too!

SleepyBoPeepy · 07/05/2020 20:16

It IS heavy but I’m quite rough and ready so I don’t mind using a bit of momentum to lob it into the back of the car. I’m famously weak so if I can lift it into the back of an SUV (quite high) I’m sure most people could. If you are worry about scratching a pram it might not be the best approach!
My baby was born last August and we basically didn’t use the bassinet bit, she HATED it so looking back I wouldn’t have bought that section as the main pram is suitable from birth (you can lie it flat).
It’s really good on a variety of terrains, can easily steer with one hand and has a tiny turning circle. The one annoying thing is that the front wheels are narrower than the back so occasionally I think we fit through a gap and then get stuck!

Mamas and Papas Occaro. We had the M&P Flip XT2 just before the Occaro came out and it was excellent, if we were buying a new pushchair I'd get the Occaro.

lstedham · 08/05/2020 10:32

@Lolxx its so hard! I'm driving my partner mad with all the research and reviews i'm reading! And still can't decide!
@SleepyBoPeepy thanks, thats what I was worried about as I have an suv too, so thought the height of the boot may be another factor! I feel as if I'm swaying towards the ocarro as I don't really want air tyres which the venicci has. May I ask if your planning to keep using the ocarro for a while or planning to get a smaller stroller soon? I dont want to spend all that money if there's no longevity either.

@Istedham I was the same! I sat for hours yesterday looking at videos etc. I think I’m swaying for the new venicci tinum collection. I know a lot of people with the Venicci’s & they all give great reviews. The new ones are foam wheels as well instead of air

Loubylou9162 · 08/05/2020 11:29

Mamas and papas
Armadillo flip XT. Very easy to fold, lightweight and does well on different terrains

lstedham · 08/05/2020 12:26

@Lolxx oh no, this has torn me even more! I'll have to have a look at them. Do you know if the one's who have a venicci keep them for longer than around a 1yr before swapping for something smaller?

No plans to use anything smaller. My friend has the same and uses it for her two year old. Smile

Lolxx · 08/05/2020 13:33

@Istedham my friends that have them have babies between 6-14 months & all still use theirs at the moment. I like that the Venicci’s carrycot can sit the mattress up a bit in case the baby has colic or reflux as well.
