Hello everyone, looking for advice on best pram to get - expecting 1st baby in summer. Main priority is something easily manouverable, folds down easily and compactly ( generally I drive everywhere and have a small car), and not too heavy to push/lift into boot. Have a dog so will need to he ok for dog walks but generally I'm in an urban environment.

Currently shortlisted icandy lime, bugaboo bee, maxi cosi Adorra and Stokke Beats. Does anyone have any positive/negative experiences of any of these or any others that fit my wish list?!

Thanks so much!

Hi, bumping this thread! Looking for travel system myself, due in August and driving myself mad that I can only go off reviews instead of testing them out in a shop.
I also have the Adorra on my shortlist so would like to follow any comments/experiences of it.

Babyzen yoyo folds down to an absolutely tiny size so we love it for that reason. It’s great for city living, on/off public transport etc (not at the moment obviously 🙄). Only downsides are: no proper bassinet and quite a bumpy ride for the baby (luckily mine seems to like it!)

We also have the adaptors so our car seat fits into the base - didn’t think it would be but is actually super useful!

BabyZen Yoyo - compact and fits in the boot of my Citroen C1. The 0-6m buggy pack is more like a lovely little cocoon/sleeping bag. It isn't suitable for "off road" but that wasn't an issue for me personally.

I had similar requirements to you, and I opted for the Urbo2.. I think it's a mamas and papas brand. I can recommend it, it's been great for us. Sooo much smaller than all my friends buggies too, easy to whizz around and manoeuvre, they call it a city buggy. It's lightweight and folds up small.
It was also important for me to have a system that all fitted in to one another. I got a travel set thing, with the bassinet and car seat and adapters for all for around £500.. that was about 2 years ago now though.
I hope you find something that works for you! ☺️

Yoyo or the bee.

I think yoyo folds easier but bee is more robust and you can have parent facing when they move out of newborn bit

I chose the bee but lots of friends chose the yoyo

City jogger with bassinet. Cheaper option than most of your list, fantastic for walking, folds down with one hand once bassinet is taken off, lasts to age 3/4 depending on height of child, manoeuvrability is fantastic (I mostly push eugh one hand) - best baby product I bought!
