Help! Need an inexpensive travel buggy

We are looking for a buggy to take abroad and totally overwhelmed by the choices and not being able to try them out in person. Does anyone have suggestions that fit our criteria?

The main criteria is that it needs to be really easy to fold up and down as we will be on and off public transport and up and down stairs a lot. It also needs to be fairly light and easy to carry one handed or over a shoulder as there is likely to be a toddler in the other hand/arm whilst climbing aforementioned stairs. It doesn't matter if it's an umbrella type stroller or a cabin sized one.

At the same time it needs to be comfortable enough for a toddler to spend a fair amount of time sightseeing in and have a recline function.

We will need a raincover and a big hood for screening would be very useful.

Obvious choices if budget were no object are things like the yoyo, ergobaby, etc. But ideally we only wanted to spend around £100 as we have a fantastic big travel system buggy we use at home. This is a second one for holidays and slinging in the boot of the car on the odd occasion.

Thank you!

We have the baby jogger city tour , it is light weight and folds to a cabin size backpack.
The city tour 2 looks good too I would probably have gone for that if it was available when I bought mine

@123feraverto thanks for the tip. It looks great but I can only find either model for over the £200 price point so it's not quite the budget we have to spend.

We have the Recaro Easylife stroller. It's a great, cheap little travel buggy. Basically a cheaper version than the ones you mentioned.

Chicco Oh Lá Lá is great. It's 4kg, one hand fold and under £100, very cheap and cheerful.
The hood is not big or SPF protective . I use a sun shade or a cover in warm countries.
