Hi all,

I'm currently pregnant and looking for a pram that includes the carrycot and car seat but it has to be smallish as I don't drive and rely on public transport. I also don't know how much space I'll have once baby comes so a smaller pram would be easier. Of course it has to be suitable from birth and a preferred width of no longer than 58. I haven't got any other child or plan on having an other children so a single pram would be fine.

(A random question, what's the difference between foam and air & why is it important?)

What makes it harder is I have a budget of no more than £300-350.
I've looked online and I loved the look of the yoyo but it's too expensive, plus I would prefer a newer model if it's possible. Something as lightweight as that is what I'm looking for. A carrycot is not completely necessary but the pram would have to fully recline as I'll need to use it for a newborn. I don't drive but I'd prefer the 0+ car seat included just to make things easier as it will be used for my mothers car and bringing baby home.

Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks! SmileSmileSmile

Air-filled ones are perfect if you live in an old city centre with potholes and bumps or countryside. It's like having a bike. The tyres require maintenance but they give that extra comfort.

Foam or other solid tyres are great on even pavement or occasionally even parks and grass. However, the foam can never outperform the air-filled ones when it comes to ease of push and any uneven terrain - even if it's just rounded pebbles.

Hi OP, I’ve just bought a Phil and teds MOD 3 in 1 which folds in half rather than flat, and is narrow (or compact as the marketing says Grin) as I only have a small car and
Nothing else would fit.
It goes from newborn to 20kgs although I’m not sure it will be big enough at that age but I’m just hoping she’ll walk everywhere by then... I got mine from Mothercare and it came with the car seat and adapters as part of the package but that might have ended by now.
It’s also quite good as the carry cot/flat pram bit folds into a seat for when they are bigger, so I’d like me you have a small house it’s less to have to store
