Travel Buggy for newborn AND toddler

Hi,

We are going off on hols for a month and we are going to be travelling around a fair bit, probably with periods unsuited to pushchairs. We will be travelling with a 4 month and a 2 year old and plan on using slings for transport for the most part. However when it cities we want to be able to take out a pram for naps etc if we think necessary. We would need one that fully reclines for the baby but can also accommodate the toddler if necessary. Also, crucially it needs to be v.light and small and easily carried around if necessary (potentially with a strap/bag?)....any tips for something that meets all the above? I am struggling to find something that fits all bills.

Cheers!

Nano duo. You would need extra soft cocoon for the baby though but otherwise, it ticks every box. Just good to remember that all light-weight buggies have small wheels. I personally find them a hassle when I travel but this is just a preference.

If u don’t want to spend too much we have the red kite double pushchair and it’s good for the price

Some of your bog standard and cheap basic buggies have a “lie flat “ option for baby ( or sleepy toddler)
I had a toddler and a newborn and used this along with a sling when out and about. It worked really well, one hand fold up, light and seemed to be bomb proof.

Mothercare nano listened as a Best Buy for under £50 , as are one from Chico and Fisher Price.

All suitable from birth.
Don’t think my link above is working .

Hi! Sorry I should have made myself a little clearer. We are not looking for a double but a single that could be used for both kids (taking it turns kind of). We already have the Chicco Oh La La which, to be honest, ticks almost all boxes. Where is slightly falls down is it's not super easy to carry around (even though it is very light). I might be looking for something that doesn't exist but in my mind I want something like the Oh la la but folds down into something you can sling over the shoulder or even strap to your back...any bright ideas? Otherwise we will probably stick with the Oh la la.

I have the mothercare move. It is very lightweight and concentina folds with a carry strap for carrying it over the shoulder . My dc is a very small 10 month old and fits comfortably in it. It has five (I think) recline settings and lies flat. I believe it can be used from birth up to 15kg so should be ideal for a baby and a toddler. I have used it alongside our main pram for when using public transport and dc seems very comfortable in it, will nap just as well as in the main pram.
The wheels are very small however I live near a cobbled street city and have had no issues with it, I have also used it in fields.

The buggies I mentioned above are single not double buggies, easy to fold up one handed, a bit like umbrella.

Then either Mountain Buggy Nano single with the cocoon or Silver Cross Jet. Both are amazing.

Sorry just realised its mothercare ride (move was another brand I looked at).
It's a single hand fold/unfold so very easy when holding a baby in one arm, bags and stroller in other hand
