Am looking at getting this to use for travelling. I currently have a light dimples stroller from smyths but it's not easy to push or comfy.

The hauck is very good value but wondering if anyone has had experience of using one. How easy is it to lift? Mostly have used umbrella gold as they are more compact. How easy is it to manoeuvre?

A friend bought one and promptly sold it on facebook after struggling with the idiosyncratic wheel direction. She did manage to sell it for what she paid however! Maybe check it out and move it in if you don't like it?

DC have two of these (one at my mum's,
one at my gran's) - admittedly not as light or as easy to push as my Quinny, but much easier to fold, much better storage capacity, pretty much indestructible, and the lie-down angle is adjusted using a toggle so you can have it anywhere in between vertical and horizontal (not just two or three settings). The trick to mastering the wheel direction is to leave the wheels unlocked so they can move freely and instead of pushing down on the handlebar, lift it slightly when you want to turn/change direction. Really good value for £25 (my mum's one came out of the charity shop in fact, she paid £5 for it so definitely good value!)

I got this when it was on offer at asda. I bought it for a day trip to London expecting to chuck it after. It became my most loved pushchair!! Way more useful than my pricey travel system. Excellent shipping basket underneath. Easy to push, put down, pull up. Totally recommend.

I bought mine in Aldi in Ireland so I'm not sure if it's exactly the same as the wheels don't lock, but I think for €35 it's a great pram. I use it more than the expensive travel system I brought, which I completely regret buying. It's lightweight, easy to put down and u can put it up with one hand whilst holding baby. I brought it for travelling and thought I'd throw it after the first trip but we are now approaching it's forth trip and no problems with it. Plus it doesn't make me cry when food/drink/sun cream gets spilt on it like it would if it were my travel system. My baby has been using it since she was 3 months.
