Which pram is narrow, suitable for city life and easy to put in car?

Looking at prams at the moment and so many seem to have back wheels that sit quite far apart, making them unsuitable for our narrow hallway! Anyone got good experiences of more contact prams? We'll mostly be using it in town, plus it can't be too bulky to put in the boot of a car.

Thanks in advance!

Do you want parent facing? The baby jogger city zip is very narrow and a very compact fold but you might be after something a bit more like a proper travel system.

Phil and Teds Dot is little. Heavy though once folded.

Bugaboo bee is small, light, very nippy and folds down well so doesn't take up much boot space.

I love mine Smile

Love my oyster. V light to maneuver around and folds up small for car boot.

Bugaboo bee for us - fits in the narrow Victorian terrace hall, into the boot of a fiesta with a load of shopping, and really manoeuvrable.
I was originally looking at that and an oyster, which seems huge in comparison.
Can be forward or rear facing.

Bee. It's utterly perfect for what you describe.

How about a Micralite? They're really narrow and they're super light too. Only suitable from 6m + I think but worth checking.

This is the one I had in mind but they do a few: http://www.micralite.com/products.php?productid=2

Bugaboo Bee - and I've got 5 different prams! Grin it is my favourite!

We've bought the iCandy Raspberry-quite similar to the Bugaboo Bee in some ways, but cheaper. We needed something lightweight, narrow enough to fit down the central aisle of a London bus and through our front door (ideally less than 60 cm wide), and a compact fold so we could store it in the hall. The Raspberry seems to fit all those criteria so far (baby is not yet here to put in it!)-not too awkward to fold, either. It's parent- and world-facing, and suitable from birth.

baby jogger city mini.

cannot beat the fold!!

Another vote for the bee - currently using it for ds2 after buying it 4 years ago for ds1 :-)

ICandy Raspberry, mine folds with the seat attached so really quick and easy to put in the boot

Thank you everyone! Sorry for delay but I posted this and then went on holiday : )

The icandy raspberry is good, been out and about on lunch dates with a friend who has one and she just folds it up in the corner, then carries it on the bus after, looks easy!

Baby jogger city mini. So narrow, light and easy to fold. I would never get anything else.
