Replacement versa or second hand bee?

Hi

I posted a week ago about my versa being faulty (sticky folding mechanism). Boots have offered to refund or replace. I have asked for refund as I can always buy another with the money but I think I may want something else instead - I'd be very grateful for opinions:

I loved my versa when out with it - so easy to steer, great on bumpy pavements and my son (5m) looked very comfy. However we live in a flat and kept it in the car and parking is so hard it could be a distance away. My son is big and the carrying up and down is very hard, especially in cold and rain. I have tended to use sling a lot more. Only problem is I have versa carrycot, car seat holders, buggy bar and raincover which were bought elsewhere plus a very lovely snunkie custom made cosy toes. Am I eligible to get refunded for these (and if so how) and if not do you think they would be sellable?

I am tempted to a bugaboo bee. I was put off these when pregnant as we are both very tall and it seemed far down. That still bothers me but otherwise it seems much easier. Small enough to leave at nursery (they have space) and light enough to carry upstairs. I have a few questions though:

what is difference between bee and bee plus. Is plus just the new model? How does it handle on bumpy pavements?
Anything I need to watch for buying second hand?
Have people taken bees on planes/holiday - Would I be able to sell the umbrella fold too (njoy bubble) and free up space in the flat?
How is it with the buggy board (a double will never work for us)?

Thanks!
