little loving touches

In April 2013 I bought a second hand stokke xplory off a company in Bristol called little loving touches. They have a wwebsite and sell on eBay. The site says they buy second hand products and do them up to a high standard. So I think I'm safe to buy off these guys and pay £540 for a stokke xplory. So the 4th June I'm pushing my baby along in the xplory and the wheel comes off! I struggle to get home and then I email the company. After a few emails the agree to send me a new wheel. So on the 27th June I'm walking back from school with my 13 week old in the pushchair and the other rear wheel falls off. So I make it home again and email them. This time they refuse to help me. So as you can guess I'm not happy so I email them back and say that they have sold me a dangerous pushchair and I can no longer use it. They still refuse to replace the wheel. So I think fine I'll just buy a new wheel but when I look on line the're all out of stock. So I get back in touch with little loving touches and ask them how much they will buy it off me for as it states on there site they offer a buy back scheme. Guess what they don't want mine. So I email them again saying they need to change there info on there site as it says guaranteed buy back. They email back saying they wish to have no further business with me. I'm sorry but is it wrong to expect a longer life than 9 weeks out of a pushchair? And is it wrong to be annoyed at the fact two wheels have fallen off and both times could of caused an accident. I think I'm being reasonable asking them to buy it back as I know they will not offer me what I paid for it. They have not tried to put things right what so ever. I'm now stock with a pushchair I can not use. I should be enjoying my new baby not stressing over pushchairs. Has anyone else used them?

Yeah my first thread I wanted to see if anyone else has had problems with the stokke wheels and this time I wanted to know if anyone else has used them. I have a barrister on the case now she says I'm entitled to a full refund so we will see
