Anyone own one of these that can give me their opinion please?

Find it odd that mothercare don't have this available to view in store, very annoying as they are the only stockists.

I have a 8 month old and a 17 month old.

After looking around I found this and think it is ideal but there is little information about it.

Can anyone help please?

There are many reviews on Amazon american site. I am quite keen, but figure of they were any good they would be more popular over here, as have been available for a while.

The main criticism was that if the front seat is at all reclined, the one on the back cannot sit down properly, and as your elder one is still wee, i could see that being an issue for you. My older child will be 2.5 when this baby arrives, so not such an issue for us.

There is a seller on ebay who imports them cheaper than Mothercare, but I could not source a raincover except direct from USA, which also put me off.

I agree with Valium, I think your youngest is way too young for the rear seat. We used it last summer with a 2 and a half year old and it was perfect for her.
Some reasons include, its not a proper full harness and it isn't attached to a rear pad like a pushchair one. So the child has good movement to sit, stand, turn around, lean over etc. If you go up a kerb or step, then the child at the rear can get flung towards you. The rear child needs to be able to hang on sufficiently not to fly out. There is no facility for a child to nap in the rear seat should they ever need to. As Valium says, when the front seat is really reclined (and its a good front seat for a baby), then the older child needs to compromise. They can perch on the seat or stand but again an older child would be better at this and understand this better. The hood is a through hood and TBH whilst its excellent especially in summer, it will be awfully cold in winter with the wind blowing through and its quite hard I understand to add a cosy toes of any sort.

There's a lot of information and real life photos here if that helps at all. But I personally would wait at least another 7 months or so, and think about it again then.

Thank you for the quick replies. The age thing was putting me off. I think I am best as suggested making in do with my double till next summer maybe and then looking into my options again.
