Where's the best price for an Oyster Travel System?

After looking and having a play with the Sola,SC Surf and Oyster we have decided Oyster.I have spent this morning trying to find where has the best price for the lot including carrycot and maxi carseat..
I would like it in the silver(not the mirror) and basically just want it with everything..Thinking Dolphin Gray or Ocean..
Can anyone point me in the right direction to stop me going mad.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Kiddicare have cheaper pushchairs - it's £225 or £267 with a colour pack. They're out of stock until mid May though. If you use Mothercare's price promise you'll get a £10 voucher too because their Oyster is more than £20 more - £249 + £50 for the colour pack. As soon as kiddicare are back in stock that's what I'm doing! I haven't found cheaper cabriofixes or carrycots than the previous poster though Smile

I've found a cheaper shop!

bikesandprams.co.uk

Pushchair £265 inc colour pack, optional apron is £10

BabySafe car seat £89

Carrycot £103

I think I may take the plunge and order tomorrow Grin

Without spoiling your fun, I am testing out the new Mutsy Evo at present and its like a better quality Oyster - the similarities are really spooky to be fair but you get better fabrics, nicer harness, pivoting leatherette handlebar, bigger basket, much better hood etc etc. They are being presold for £399 including a carrycot, so the price isn't hugely different. I think they are due in the UK in a couple of weeks time. The handlebar goes really tall as well for a taller parent. The only downside is that it doesn't fold parent facing, but TBH its easy enough to remove the seat. But I can't stress enough how similar these two pushchairs are - I was pretty floored to be honest, and even more so when I saw that the Mutsy price wasn't much more and includes the carrycot!! I would really recommend you at least have a look online. If you can wait a day or few, I will get some photos live for you.

Thanks Tiggy, but I prefer the look of the Oyster, plus I'm being lent a carrycot so it's still a cheaper option for me. I've had issues over the last few days with the car seat we've already bought though (which is a whole other thread over in carseats!) so after lots of deliberation and discussion with dh I've decided to order an Oyster from a local shop - it'll cost more but at least I can easily return it if we have problems, as we have with the seat.

I just wanted to say that I've loved my Oyster and I'm always surprised not to see more about them on here though I am definitely seeing more and more around town. That said, I'm not a big fan of the harness, it loosens itself constantly but apart from that an ace travel system.

I'm hoping the car seat thing is all the bad luck we'll have with this pram!

If anyone considering an Oyster is also choosing a compatible car seat the one I've had issues with is the Britax Baby Safe SHR seat - basically we've already exchanged one and I'm returning one tomorrow because the handle is stuck upright. The mechanism on the Baby Safe for Oyster is different so I'm going for one of those when I've got my refund.
