I chanced upon this pram on youtube and thought it would be great for my sister who lives in an apartment building without elevator and other mums out there who have experienced this problem.

The Ruk-Bug Migration could be a better solution for your sister. Its suitable from birth, folds down small, is under 7kgs and comes with a backpack. Plus it should be out ths year so your sister won't have to wait until next year. But the Yezz is still a fab option too :)
