Hi all.
This is my first post after lurking for a few weeks and learning loads.

I'm looking for a travel system/ pushchair for my parents house and for a holiday. So it needs to be suitable for a plane, and babe will be 3 months old so I need the pushchair to lie flat enough without needing to take a carrycot.

It needs to be compatible with the maxi cosi pebble car seat, and light enough for my mum to occasionally lift. And also not be too bulky.

In an ideal world I'd like it to have a carrycot for use at my parents, but I just don't want I take it on holiday.

I've considered the oyster, but not sure if the pushchair will lie flat enough.
The Mothercare my3 and the quinny buzz ( seen conflicting things about how flat it lies)

Does such a thing exist?
I'd be very grateful for any help/ opinions please

Thanks

Rachel

Quinny zapp extra. Small enough for air travel. Takes maxi cosi car seat and lays down! Voila

Quinny Zapp extra- in two pieces but fully reclines so suitable from birth. Comes with small shopping basket, can buy the loveliest cosie toes i've come across.

I'll second the Quinny Zapp. So light and easy, especially as the car seat fits on.

Thank you very much. I shall look into the quinny zapp. For some reason I didn't think it lay flat, so I've been enlightened :)

Only the Zapp Xtra can reclone. I wouldn't take one though. Lots of airlines will only accept pushchairs that fold in one piece unless you buy a travel bag for it. I hate the rattling and the basket is miniscule which is likely to be useless on holiday.

I'd get a Maxi-Cosi Noa personally. It's supposed to be suitable from 6 months, but I saw my niece asleep in hers at the weekend and it was reclined really far so I'd happily put a 3 month old in one.
