Hi there - we recently took our Icandy Cherry back to the shop we bought it from as the back wheels appeared very wobbly and I wasn't comfortable being out with it in case we had a "breakdown". I have not made any extraordinary use of it - walks in the park, around town etc. I have not hauled it up the side of a mountain or anything! The shop got back to us and said that Icandy said it needed £80 worth of repairs (3 new wheels and a new axel) but that we would need to pay as this was fair wear and tear. I won't see how a pram can be of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose if normal usage of it would result in the need for such expensive repairs before the 2 year warranty has even expired. Has anyone else had any experience of "fair wear and tear" arguments with shops or manufacturers? Any comments would be gratefully received.
