Hi All,
I am currently using a Britax 3+ since my daughter was born, she is now 1. I am looking for a buggy, but no idea where to start. I would like it to have the following...

  • Able to sit up, some seem quite laid back in the full upright position
  • Able to recline
  • A shopping basket or easy place to attach one
  • Able to go on walks, not rough terrain, but not as smooth as pavement, without is jumping around all over the place!

I think that is all! (I think if such buggy exists it must be perfect, with a list like that!)

Any suggestions?
Thank you.

budget?
assume your happy with forward facing?

Forward facing is fine, she is nosey!
Budget...not sure really, possibly look at getting something second hand, I think if it was new, I would have to say £150, however, general opinions would be good and then I can always have a look about, or failing that save up!

Baby jogger city mini is fantastic! Quite expensive and not quite bolt upright but a brilliant easy to use pushchair.

Chicco Multiway is comfy and a good price.

Mamas and Papas Luna is compact and seat unit is a good size.

What about Maclaren's, are they more upright? She keeps trying to pull herself up in the Britax and it isn't particularly reclined.

I would like something that will last, but also to pretty much replace the britax, as it is too much of a faff now taking it apart to put in the car, and it takes up so much room.

I loved my Britax
I replaced it with the bee+ Blush it was the only thing I found as good - but I wanted rf too. I think if you've had btitax baby jogger is your best bet.

The BJCM 2011 model has velcro straps to make it almost fully 90 degrees upright, but i'm not sure when it's being released though.

Maybe the baby jogger is an option. I feel a bit muddled by it now. Went in Mothercare today and they suggested a Maclaren XT or possibly a Petite star zia, but said it may be a bit bouncy? ANy thoughts.....or still the baby jogger?! :)
