Hi all
Ive been pondering over the bee for a little while now....and know i must make a descision soon! will have to sell my buggster (which i do love but it isnt parent facing) first and my 1st travel system (to keep dh happy!!)
anyway my question is which is the better in your opinion?
our youngest will be 21 months at the end of this month, although she isnt large, she is long! saying that she can still wear 12-18month clothes!
I will be keeping my Britax vigour plus as love it and mainly use for walking iyswim, the bee im looking at basically using in the car, going out to parties etc....(do also have a micralite fastfold which lives in dh car, as he loves it and it is fab on the beach.....so hopefully can keep this also!)....i just wondered if anyone had any pics or could tell me the upper age a child could fit in in true life!...our eldest daughter is 5 but very petite, sometimes does get very bad asthma then gets tired very easy so if she could 'jump' in if she so wished would be wonderful (before i get jumped on she does walk 99.9% of the time....its only when her health lets her down and we need to go out....which isnt that often as when poorly tend to stay in!)
anyway sorry for waffling! thankyou for reading / listening
look forward to your ideas
love and hugs

i think the standard bee is ok for an average height child up to about 2.5y with the hood up. Possibly 4y if not using the hood. You do need the hood up for the raincover. The bee plus seat extends to a very good size and the hood has more headroom built in also. A taller hood in addition to seat that can extend higher. My 6.5y old who is tall for age can get her head under the hood on the bee plus! The lower seat part also extends and provides leg support to a sleeping two year old. The other thing is that it's very quick and easy to reverse the seat on the bee plus. I have a two year old and swap the seat around several times a day. Depending on mood or situation. I think you'd be better off with the bee plus personally.
