window treatment ideas for partially glazed door plaes

My back door is very old(possibly original Edwardian)It has two large glazed rectangles, with the kind of glass I associate with bathrooms(bumpy!).

It also has some bits of beading(?) missing and I know what you will say get a new door or have it fixed. Well I'm sorry to say the budget just will not stretch.

What I would like is some ideas for a blind or curtain which will disguise the worst bits please

And of course not look stupid or obvious.
The door is in my large country kitchen with terracotta tiles and whitewashed I have a light wooden blind at the window

I've used beachmats to hide nightmare doors in the past.
The size and colour has always been good for that.
And maybe also a hook or two so a hanging coat or shopping bag will hide it more.
(Not ideal, I know, I'm thinking low a budget as possible).

Not sure exactly what you mean but if its only beading which needs fixing this woudl cost very little, in which case I'd suggest this rather than getting a blind.
IMO a blind part covering can look a bit odd, unless its custom made.

Beading should be just pence.

Ok to clarify-the door is in a generally bad state and the bumpy glass is horrible.

I also want to inject a bit of colour into my largely white kitchen.

I haven't seen any kind of blind or curtain on this kind of door before and am looking for ideas before I make something myself.

I will look at the beading at homebase or wherever, but I would still like some more ideas. Please

i would put a wire top and bottom and make a fixed panel i think. Optional pulled in bit in the middle.

Does it matter if the light coming through the door is blocked or not?
