waterside water softener overflowing - what can I do?

We bought our house nearly three years ago and the Waterside water softener was already in place. It's flooded a number of times now - we thought we'd solved it, but we hadn't - and we're getting worried about the damage done to our house.

Someone recommended we contact Waterside, but I can't find the company direct on the internet - only companies acting as selling/installing agents.

Obv, we will call a plumber - we just anxious to keep costs down. Do you think we might just be able to bypass the softener for a while?

Any advice much appreciated.

yes but you probably need a plumber to do the bypassing. Sounds like it's time for a replacement
