why is it you look at the details of a house and the drive looks massive, so you go and have a look and it is half the size really?

do the estate agents use magic cameras or something? they always look bigger in the details than they are in real life.

we need to park a lorry and 99.9 % of houses we look at are smaller in real life

Mrs R, I have driveway envy, lol!

I live in a new build, part of the deeds say that no caravans are to be parked on driveways. Likewise no satellite dishes on the front of the houses, mmmm you can guess can't you? Who exactly is going to enforce these things anyway.....

LOL pc but you have a big garden .

Fimbo never checked thedeeds but I'm guessing dd buses didn''t exist when they were done

mrsrecycle, take it your in the recycling business

we own a scrap yard and thats what the lorry is for.

our last house deeds said no caravans and no fences over a certain hight, but everyone around us had caravans and all different size fences.

i think its the norm these days isnt it.

just food that's it! Mind you dh is a removal man and we might as well have a scrap yard, the amount of tack he brings home that is being chucked out by clients!

we get alot of tip lads weighing their stuff in with us and often have vans half full of stuff they sell on again on markets, its amazing what people throw out.

and what people buy LOL

re the wide angle lens thing. Ignore the dimensions apparent on the photos. Measure your own front room/ driveway/ kitchen then compare their measurements. 4m? That's 2/3 of our lounge, darling, I say!
