giving details of fixtures and fittings and answering questions etc is that a standard form or do solicitors have their own version?

Just so I know what questions I will have to answer when I hopefully move next year.

Does "buried my enemies under the patio" stop a person buying your house

Hi Fizzylemonade. I used to work in a solicitor's office and although the forms are nearly exactly alike from office to office, each solicitor will have there own forms that you will need to fill in.

Although if you want to have a look before you receive your forms (this will speed the process up):

Fixtures, Fittings and Contents

Sellers Property Information Form

You will need to complete your Sellers Property Information Form for your Energy Assessor when they come to your home to produce your Energy Performance Certificate and Home Information Pack.

Hope this helps!
