What do you think about this garden room?

Thoughts on this property specifically the garden room. It is south facing, of wood construction.

Does the footprint of the garden room put you off vs size of garden?

Interested to hear opinions on this.

I love the garden room, but I have an art hobby it would be perfect for. The fact they only last 10 years though would worry me, I’d never thought of that. I’ve been looking to buy recently and have been drawn to ones that have garden offices. I guess there are ones with more longevity though, I have to find out more really.

If you look at the garden on the satellite map you can see how much of the garden it takes up - quite a lot. Also there seems to be a car park for all the houses behind - dont know how much noise you would get from that?

Personally I'd rather have more actual garden space, but for such a small house I guess a WFH 'room' would be an attraction to some, although it doesn't seem like one of the better build quality type.

Nice house kitchen bit small but it depends on the garden room. do any of you wfh? or have a hobby such as crafting which would take up room in the house? might be good for teens get them out of your hair!
on the minus side it does take up room in the not very big garden but to me its the same as any other modern build house
