....where would you start looking?

Online? (which sites?)

Local agent?

UK agents? (which ones?)

I'm going to put our flat on the market and can't decide where to advertise ... your help is very greatly appreciated!

Where is it, ib?

I'd first of all tell the gardienne of the building, in case she has any leads.

It's in Provence - it's on a managed holiday property (golf club) and we are talking to the managers who say there is lots of interest but are being very ineffectual about anything concrete...so we've decided to pursue other avenues as well.

Just need to decide which.

What about other owners? Do they have any ideas? I'd have thought that type of very specific property would also have a very specific market place - like golf magazines, perhaps? (I'm clueless about golf, however).

It's fairly new, so there hasn't been a secondary market yet - tbh I think most of the other owners are looking to us to set up a resale model...

It's partly an investment model (under contract with an agency that manages it and gives us a guaranteed income) but we also get 4 weeks usage a year. Although it's particularly favourable for French taxpayers most of the owners are actually Brits, hence me wondering where Brits would go looking....
