Ive found a house I really like, but its 3 bedrooms with a terrible kitchen. Im a FTB with very minimal cash once the deposit is paid... Should I stay away?

Wouldn’t bother me you can get a free standing cooker
you just want one long run of work top no wall cupboards and get rid of those shelves on the other side
12 ft is a fair run of worktop

I wouldn’t consider this property, as even when you can afford to replace the kitchen it’s way too small especially for a 3 bed.

Have you priced it against similar 3 beds with one reception? I don’t think that can be reasonably classed as a kitchen, it’s a 3 bed house with one reception and a kitchen plus what could be a downstairs toilet/lootility. If it stacks up price wise against other 3 bed/1 reception houses it’s fine but if it’s priced as a 3 bed/2 receptions then it’s over priced.

Kitchen seems too small for 3 bed house but...Comprises need to be made when buying first home and as long as price seems correct and location is good, then I wouldn't worry too much.
