Is private parking worth £100k?

I'm trying to decide between two downsizer's cottages. 200 metres apart. One has parking spaces, the other one on road only but directly outside the house.
We have two/three cars.

@sohard we are retiring to a different location when the DH has finished work and the DD has finished her studies. Hence a fiver year house.

Yes. "Private parking" = additional land and it is land, not bricks and mortar, that is the real cost of a property.

Just an update. The cheaper property is now £150k cheaper. There are spaces to buy locally. That seems a good idea.
