Installing over bath shower screen, how to handle uneven fixing points?

Hi everyone, hoping to get some expert advice before I start this install.

I bought a 1400 x 1200mm bifold over bath shower screen from Durovin Bathrooms , the screen itself seems straightforward, but my bathroom layout is making the installation tricky. As you can see in the photo, left end of the bath sits against a wall that is tiled but not perfectly vertical, there is a extended part has a slight inward angle/slope. This means the chrome wall profile won't sit flush flat against the surface when I try to fix it. The other end of the bath is right up against a window frame on one side and a pedestal basin on the other. There's very limited wall space to run the vertical chrome profile. Has anyone dealt with a similar awkward layout?

Can you get a professional to fit it? They are likely to shatter if the panel is put under any stress.

I think you will need to move the bath if you want to use that screen. It wont go over the window because there isnt enought to attach to and you cant have a shower fitting at the other end because the flat tiled bit wont be totally waterproof and will leak.
These sort of fixings are usually adjustable for slopy walls and you cover the wonkyness with a cover strip once you have attached it. So you might need to put a shim in to get the screen the right angle to attach it to the wall but then you cover that with a slide or stick on cover bit.
