Hi all. Really outing myself but absolutely desperate. Our house isn’t selling. When it first went on, we had interest but now nothing. I know the market is just wank right now, but now we aren’t even getting viewings. Just a couple things to add - There is no garden, and I know it’s likely that contributes. But people who have viewed knew there wasn’t one/were not bothered. So although it is a contributing factor, it also isn’t if that makes sense? The first picture isn’t massively clear which house we are, and doesn’t show us in a good light. Our house is big, but the picture doesn’t convey this - we are essentially side on to the path. anyway here is the link - be nice.
