I'm going to attach photographs so it shows what I mean. Please Help me any advice, opinions on what on earth do i do with this mess as I have noone who can help me and I'm no good with DIY and jobs. I had a new kitchen put in recently and have been left with this mess, I tried to do something myself - by putting filler on but as you can see im most deffinitely not good and it did not work. I've got that box to cover but I'm not happy at all and have noone who can do anything. Does it need cement? How would you fix this , is it possible to do something to this? Please see photos when they are added thankyou for understanding of this thankyou

I definitely get it boxed in and either painted or tiled .

You need a couple of wooden battens either side of the pipes screwed into the wall, then the box can be attached to the battens via screws or glue or magnets

The pipes will need to be accessed from time to time, so a panel, painted to match the wall, will be suitable. Use battens screwed firmly to the wall, deeper than the pipes, and the panel fixed so it can easily be removed. Magnets are a good idea, probably easier for you than a latch. I'd probably make the panel with an offcut of ply. Chipboard or MDF would do, but harder for you to cut and not as durable.

If the panel touches the worktop, paint the bottom edge especially well to protect from damp.
