What trade do I need first for this job?

I feel a bit stupid not knowing but there were go. I'll attach some pics (which I guess will take a while to be visible). I stripped wallpaper from our entrance porch. The walls underneath were a bit of a state. I've not finished stripping yet and will scrape off any of the loose cement type layer.
Can I get a plasterer in for quotes right away, or do I need another trade to do anything to prep it?

Thanks!

I can't see what's wrong with it.

Post some more photos please. Put your hand or something on the wall to show scale and focus on. You might need flash.

I'm not home now unfortunately. The grey is like cement render skim. The little reddy/pink patches dotted about are where this has crumbled. I can take more photos tomorrow.

Tbh I'm agreeing with @PigletJohn, it looks completely DIYable to me? Finish stripping any paper, sugar soap and rinse the walls, then fill and sand as needed?

We're prepping the house to sell. Work is bonkers atm plus I'm studying for a masters so anything I can outsource I am tbh. Sounds like I may have overthought this though so may just give it a go myself! Thanks 😊

Agree, don't think it needs replastering or anything. Strip, fill and sand!

If you're really not confident, a good decorator should know how to prepare the wall appropriately
