Had some walls skimmed after tiles were removed. This is how they look now. Would you be happy with this or should I get them back?

What did they use to skim with? A Brillo pad!? That looks pretty horrendous to me. Do you even want them back or just cut your losses!?

Ha good point 😂. It was part of a bathroom upgrade- it was a 2 man fitting team and they did everything (fit bathroom/tiling/floor etc) but I would be going back to company I booked with so I could ask for someone else. To be fair everything else is spot on. It looks worse on the photos I think than in real life. I’ve only noticed as I’ve started prepping to paint but yeah I’m thinking it’s going to show through the paint so best to get sorted. I’ve taken some more photos from a distance where it isn’t quite as noticeable

Its not great but could probably be fixed with a light sand and some filler if you dpn't want the faff off it being skimmed again.

Hmm yeah they would need to remove the radiator to skim it again properly, which does seem a faff. But then it feels like I shouldn't be the one having to fill/sand when I've paid for someone else to do it..

It's not great, you can still see the lines of the tile adhesive.
