I am interested in buying a piece of land which currently has mains electric and water connected . I want to split the land so that each parcel has mains services but I need to know if it’s feasible . I’m not sure if it’s a ground worker or electrical contractor . Any ideas please .

I would go plumber and electrician? It almost certainly will be possible as long as no planning restraints, but may require considerable trenching which they should be able to advise on.

Depending upon the scale you may need to go via the electricity and water providers in your area.

The utility companies would be who you’d need to speak to in the first instance.

Agree
partly because
you wouldn’t want an easement over one piece of land to serve another
You want both served off highways

Thankyou everyone . Yes both parcels have their own separate entrance .

Contact new connections team at the relevant utility companies, they should be able to quote and also to give specs if it's possible to get your own contractor to do some of the work within your boundary.

Water will insist on having a seperate connection off the road. In fact it’s a requirement now.
