How to fix bathroom mistake?

Hi,

Having a Victorian house renovated and part of it is a long thin bathroom I have had totally redone. They first designed it for me with a little sink and one of those toilets that doesn't take up too much space, but I objected and put in bigger furniture (a more 'classic' toilet for instance) that now I can see looks too big.

The worst thing is that the towel rail is right by the shower and opposite the sink so you'll literally burn your back on it when standing there. It should be by the door (where they first suggested it be).

How many of these things should I try and fix? None of it is completely fixed in yet. Towel rail has two 'radiator' arms coming up from the floor and two joins to the wall, but hasn't been properly plumbed in. How much would it be for them to move it? It would make holes in the plaster and presumably the pipes would need moving along too...

I also don't know whether to ask them to save the toilet I picked for a downstairs bathroom that I will eventually do, and get a slimmer one, or whether it won't matter in time to come.

I hate myself so much right now.

It changed from the 'all in a line' pic to the 'bunched up with big items' pic, which it now is.

Can't see any pictures but presumably the radiator pipes come up through the floor and then into the wall, so the floor would have to be pulled back up to move them elsewhere.

If it's not been installed yet how do you know that you'll burn your back on it?

I'd keep the toilet and sink as they are. Small sinks are miserable.
Move the towel rail.
