Anyone recommend a good solicitor to look over deeds for access rights?

I'm in Hampshire but I don't necessarily need a local law firm. Just someone who knows about domestic land laws and deeds of grants. That would pour over my deeds.

I have a long shared drive on my deeds. Currently five properties have access over the drive, including mine.

One of the properties is proposed to be converted into four houses creating three new access points affectively the entire lenght of the shared part of my drive.

As it's on my deeds I'm responsible for the drive and can recover proportional costs for maintenance. But that is more or less the wording and I'm worried about the maintenance costs and traffic over going up two fold.

Highways has refused access to the new plot direct from the road as local objections said it creates a five way junction. In reality it is just one new drive onto a cul de sac. Currently there is two private drives meeting at the turning point at the end of the road. So this would add one more private drive if they came off the plot directly.

I have seen the solicitor I bought the house with originally. But he only skimmed read the deeds in the appointment which cost hundreds. I'd like a solicitor to properly read the deeds before any meeting and then tell us where we stand.
