All of them.

My DW isn't sentimental about anywhere she's lived on the other hand.

My current one. I never thought I'd feel sentimental about a house but I do about this one. I feel happy when I walk through the door and most of all I feel very safe. We have lovely memories here too and a gorgeous view. It really is my happy place. It's not fancy or anything but I love it

Only 1, my current home (the one we bought when we first married). I'd only previously lived in my childhood home and have no particular sentimentality towards it at all. So only lived in a total of two homes in 60 years!! We've lived in our marital home for 28 years since buying it a couple of weeks before we married and we'll both be leaving it in wooden boxes. Neither of us could bear to leave it as it has so many memories (where we came back to on our wedding day, where we brought our DS home from hospital when he was born, all our son's childhood milestones, etc).

Childhood home - I didn't like it much so no attachment. The town has become urban sprawl, lost all identity so I never go there.

First flat - fun London, seems a long time ago.

First house, a tiny cottage in a downland village. I loved it

Second house - a larger cottage in a tiny village - the best place I have ever lived. Great neighbours, good pub. Perfect. 😊Left to be with ex which was a mistake.

Current house - been here 14 years, it's been a lovely place for ds to grow up. Lots of friends, plenty of space. Fields, woods, stream, birdsong. He'll head off to uni next autumn. There's an application to build houses on the fields behind our house, so I'll sell. Sad but urban sprawl makes me depressed. It will be time to leave. 🙁
