Hello. I am installing this multi-split reverse cycle AC system.

https://ipromiseaustralia.com.au/rinnai-multi-split-air-conditioner-rebate/

Just need your feedback, what are pros/cons or recommendation to install Outdoor Condenser Unit on external wall Vs just put it on concrete paver.

(Attached picture) is where the current outdoor condenser will be removed and replaced with multi-split.

Also, the vendor will remove the existing 2 AC system, then should I expect they are going to fix the wear/tear when removing the existing Outdoor Condenser Unit?

Our main one is on a concrete pad. When it was replaced a few months ago, they did no restoration work.

We have 2 units on the walls on the upstairs bedrooms. They are apparently mounted 'properly' but they can vibrate through the walls and it sucks.

@jamespipe you would be better to join Reddit and post on https://www.reddit.com/r/AusRenovation/ saying what state and area you are in. Or just ask on your local facebook page.

Mumsnet is a UK based organisation where most of the replies will not have experience of your building structure, regulations and climate.

To answer one of your questions, if you mount it on a bracket, the drain can be directed into your down pipe unless you prefer to collect the water to pour onto the garden. (I’m in WA). When we had our most recent unit added, the electrician wanted a photo of the fuse box before starting work and turned up with a new one (which we hadn’t budgeted for so that was a surprise).
