Evergreen tall shrubs / climbers for a sunny fence

I am looking for ideas to fill the gaps in a south facing border by a front garden fence. I previously had a eunymous there but removed it since have a few others in the garden. Now there is a fuchsia and another eunymous remaining.

I don't like a manicured look in general. Something fast growing, woody stem, evergreen, flowering, that would eventually grow to about 2 meters would be ideal. Could also be a pleached half standard tree but i do need something evergreen and flowering.

I already have a Ceanothus elsewhere but another could be an option- they don't flower very long, though. I could perhaps get a fuchsia in a different colour since mine flowers profusely through summer and I love it.

What would you recommend?

Magnolia grandiflora? Or evergreen clematis? Or both?

Ps. You might get more recommendations on the gardening section.

Mahonia?

I was about to post that. Great in the mix for some winter colour.

I did consider mahonia last year but found the leaves a bit spindly, bare. I am trying for a lush tropical look (i know, I know). Something more bushy than that? I have a star jasmine elsewhere so not that.

Holly and Ivy.

Ivy is amazing for wildlife

Photinia? 'Pink Marble' is a lovely variety, or 'Pink Crispy'. Maybe Pyracantha 'Mohave Silver', retains its leaves and has orange berries in autumn, gets to about six feet in height. A bit slower growing than green pyracanthas but not that slow, I have planted one that has doubled in height since I put it in last year. Fatsia 'Camouflage' or 'Spiders Web' would be nice if it wasn't south facing...
