Offering £340k for £350k

Would this be reasonable?

the house has only been in less than a week.

I have just sold my house for the second time (after previous chain broke) - I had a couple of sets of viewers whose houses werent on the market. I got told they would put their house on the market - when they saw the right house. Both wanted to make an offer - I told the EA I would'nt take an offer unless they were proceedable as the market I was looking in - you in you dont get viewings unless you are proceedable. Sold a few days later to someone under offer. It takes a couple of weeks to get a house on the market + all the faff of decluttering and getting it ready for photo's. If you want to have your offer considered viable, you need to be proceedable IMHO.

The house wasn’t the one after all. The search continues.
