Any engineers/problem solving gurus in here?
I need to attach an electric piano keyboard to a wall. It needs to fold down (like a folding table) when not in use.
Keyboard weighs 15kg, so within tolerance for heavy duty folding wall brackets and there are studs in the walls that they could be attached to, BUT there are no holes designed for attaching the keyboard to anything on the underside.
Husband wasn’t happy with my original suggestion of Velcro-ing it on. 😂
It appears there are lots of different keyboard wall mounts on the market but not that allow the quick adjustment from horizontal when being played to laying flat against the wall when not.
So I think I need a solution that uses the fold down brackets but need a way to attach the keyboard securely to them. Any ideas?
