Bathroom cabinet doors. Surely any permutation is possible?

Getting an en-suite redone. The under-sink cabinet will have to be custom built (i.e. a carpenter!); but the doors on it are quite important. Surely cabinet makers/carpenters just send the specs to a company and they make it? This high, this tall, this profile of insert, this foil finish?

Surely a carpenter would make it bespoke with their carpentry skills?

The small, family owned, bathroom fitters claim they can do this. Ours fit precisely across the wall, and I assume they aren't off the shelf.

It’s not the fit, exactly, it’s why I can’t find someone who can actually make these bespoke doors! This size, this curve, this inset!

Everything can be done for a price. Bespoke cabinetry is expensive. Curved, inset, cabinetry is a lot more expensive. Your usual run of the mill joiner will not necessarily have links with firms that can do that. And if you are only getting a few doors done (a bathroom is often a small space), you will be at the back of the production queue. This means the carpenter will be delayed in installing them, making this an unattractive proposition for her/him.
