Where can I buy a reasonable-priced, stylish en suite?

Just that really. It's all so overwhelming! I need sink, shower door and tray and toilet. I am quite keen on a vanity unit with the sink. The en suite will be very small (2400 x 90 cm ish, so a long rectangle).
Thank you!

If you have a plumber who will be doing the work, I’d suggest asking them ? I’ve just done a bathroom and got everything I needed from my plumber’s preferred supplier. It was on an industrial estate that I never would have noticed!

Thanks - he's a general builder who also plumbs. He hasn't been able to suggest anywhere...

Start searching online, if you use Facebook you'll be inundated with any number of suggestions.

I speak from experience 😂

He must have an account with a builder's merchant? For our bathroom we used a combination of the builder's merchant and things I sourced online. For our ensuite we will just use the builder's merchant. The plumber passed on his discount to us.

Why is your builder not able to give recommendations?

I used CP Hart and the delivered free

this time the chap organising the plumber etc has given me a catalogue and tile website

They were all local to me(Central belt) so probably not of much use unless you live in the area. I mixed and matched from different sources. Wholesale Domestic and Victorian Plumbing are good for ideas and there's always B&Q.

Your builder should be able to advise, has he ever fitted a bathroom before? He must have a merchant account somewhere and id be concerned if he didn’t.

He has an account with Selco. I'll have a look on their website. I just find too much choice every difficult! Currently on Victorian Plumbing's website.

I really don’t rate Victoria plumbing products, I made the mistake of ordering a shower screen from this company and it was terrible

Ilovemyshed · 29/06/2025 13:12

Victorian Plumbing has been good for us (not to be confused with Victoria Plumb).

DisplayPurposesOnly · 29/06/2025 13:16

Plumb World also good.

TBH think about brands rather than retailers. Eg my shower and shower tray are Mira.

ThisCatCanHop · 01/07/2025 21:55

Definitely look at brands rather than retailers, half of them sell the same stuff! We’ve just kitted out a shower room from Drench, Plumbworld, Sanctuary Bathrooms and Victorian Plumbing. I’d say Plumbworld has the least stylish website (Drench is good for ideas) but best prices for a lot of things.

Your plumber should be able to give you dimensions, eg buy a shower tray in this size, a vanity unit between X and Y size, etc.
