Bath or no bath

I'm currently planning a bathroom renovation and I'm wondering whether to get a bath installed
There's myself and my 2 kids ( early twenties) here but they're saving up to buy their own properties.
We currently have a 5 bedroom house - lived here for 30 years and it's been great but once the kids move out I will be downsizing
I can't remember the last time any of us had a bath , we just have showers but I'm wondering if it's worth getting one installed ? I'm concerned that lack of a bath would put families off buying when the time comes to sell?

I would definitely have at least one bathroom in the property with a bath. We have two shower rooms and one bathroom.

We used a online company Bath and Tile to buy all our tiles & bathroom products online, every was really good quality, and we just found a local fitter to install it all.

I've got arthritis and the bath is better than using painkillers.

Asked my letting agents (landlord) when I last did a renovation, expecting them to say big shower and they recommended keeping the bath. I was surprised.

Get a bath , people say it’s easy to have one fitted but it’s not it will impact on tiling , flooring and pipe work plus the time involved - I can’t shower it causes my blood pressure to plummet so I’d have to strip wash for weeks potentially so I won’t view it no bath

This.
We did the same and have never regretted losing a bath.
It'd be easy to install one again and if that puts a buyer off, I doubt they were serious about the house. It's normal to just have showers in many European countries.

We did the same. Same as OP 5 bed house kids moved out now never used the bath and easy enough to put bath back in

Yes I wouldn't go for a place without a bath! One of life's simple pleasures

I wouldn’t even consider buying a house without a bath
