Living next to HMO

Recently heard the empty property next door is possibly going to used as an HMO. It's semi detached to us and just looking for any experiences positive or negative.
It seems to be the way developers are making money locally rather than renting out a family home to a family these days.

Thanks for all the replies. Some positive stories. I know my mind jumped straight to drug abusers and alcoholics probably unfairly rather than professionals so that's hopefully the tenants they will look for.
Parking will be an issue as we are on double yellows so not sure how it will be managed.
