Best place to get boxes for a house move

Where is the best place to get boxes for a house move? And, if anyone can give me an idea on house move costs (the moving bit) then let me know.

I want to start sorting through stuff and packing now our house has sold.

Agree with FB local pages. Join those that you're not on. Last year I put 50 on FB and they were very popular. Moving companies don't seem to want them back so they get recycled over and over. Good luck.
