Is this wall load-bearing?

Can somehow help me work this out (well as much as you can from a floorplan pic!). I don't really have a clue!

The wall between the study and garage. We want to do a full garage conversion, and ideally have one large room combined with the study - but, would also consider opening the doorway out to create one room with two different spaces. Is this possible do you think? It looks like that ensuite bathroom sits above the study

Thanks 😊

Noone can tell from a floor plan. You need a structural survey to be absolutely sure.

Or a very experienced builder might be able to have a reasonably good guess.

From the floor plan it looks like there is no wall directly above it so probably not load bearing.

But to be sure you would need to go and look in person and ideally consult a surveyor or trustworthy builder.

A bath full of water (plus person) is a jolly heavy thing.

I'd be inclined to think that it is indeed a load-bearing wall but like a pp says, you'd have to get a professional opinion.
