Concrete Path on Slop

Slope!!! That should say!
We're moving into a new rental property. The garden is on a slope and not bad but there's a hideous 8m ridged concrete path down the middle of it. We've got some leeway to decorate but obviously can't do anything drastic. What could we do to make it less hideous? I'm thinking edge it with something nice and use masonry paint (painting is ok) in perhaps three sections in an ombre colour palette? Anything else we could do instead? It's the slope that makes it hard as edging and graveling over in sections would need serious mathematical calculations, wouldn't it?

Don’t paint, it will come off in rain quickly.

Our garden is very sloped. Easiest way is to work across and terrace areas not down.

you can just put edging in across for example and then plant above. Out dig out a flat part to stand pots on. We have raised beds in ours also for growing veggies and fruit on slope

We also have a slide in slope for kids and a net to climb. Great fun

Masonry paint?
As above, it's a rental so we can't drastically alter things. It's just the path I'm talking about, the rest is ok.

Yes. I mean it will go on and stick, but within a few months look awful. Paint isn’t really designed to be walked on, so grit, feet, rain, etc will just wear it away.

If you look online you will see a lot of peoples pictures from where they have painted a patio or path

Anything else I could do?

Gosh that's tricky.
Could you post a picture,?
Or a picture of something similar.

I'd plant lavender both sides the whole length, which will spread and cover the edges.

I've looked and cannot find anything the same via Google! It's straight, narrow, ribbed ??!! and about 8 meters long! Grey. Not cracked. Not in separate sections, just a solid strip.
Lavender plants are a possibility but would they just make it wetter and slippery in the winter?
Been researching the paint thing and there is patio paint that's designed for being outside and walked on?

What about covering it with resin bound gravel?

I think if you dug a very narrow channel either side and put a mix of gravel with a bit of soil, you could plant with a low creeping plant that will grow over the edges.
Or just plant in the ground close to the path.
Lamium.? Sweet Woodruff? Thyme ?
