Electric cooker

We've converted our garage into a studio and will be renting it out soon. I believe we can only provide electric appliances for safety purposes. We've seen this electric standalone cooker online but weren't sure if it's good. Here's the link:

Anyone know if this is good, it's cheap and the installation would cost £100 too so about £300 in total.

What's your opinion or are there any other cookers you'd recommend instead?

Thank you!

Solid plates tend to rust, and they’re not great for cooking on. I’d opt for a ceramic hob for greater longevity.

You can have gas appliances in a rental, assuming there’s a gas connection in there - and if the studio has a gas boiler and central heating, you’ll need an annual gas safety certificate regardless, even if you have all electric appliances, so bear that in mind.

Good in what way?
Good in that it’s cheap for you- yes.
Good to use-I doubt it. Solid plates are awful to cook on, very slow to reduce temp so easy for stuff to burn/boil over.
We bought a solid plate one as a temp cooker when we moved into a house with no working cooker, that also needed a whole new kitchen we wouldn’t be able to do for 6 months, as other stuff needed doing urgently.

I'm assuming there's only going to be one person living there - I hope, given it was previously a garage! How about providing a two ring portable counter-top induction hob, along with microwave/oven instead?
