Radiator still leaking after plumber fixed it

I've just bought my first house and had a new boiler/heating system installed along with 3 new radiators (living room and 2 bedrooms)

The radiators in the bedrooms were leaking so I asked the plumber to come back on Monday to have a look. I wasn't paying much attention but he tightened the pipe I think and said they should be ok. The one in my room seems to be fine now but the other is worse than it was before and I've had to put a bowl down as the dirty water has marked my new carpet.

I feel a nuisance asking him to come back again, but this isn't right is it?

No, it’s not right, so don’t feel guilty.
He’s supposed to check all of this.

No it's not right

Ask him to replace the radiator that's leaking

He'll get a refund half-time where he bought it from

It should not be leaking.

And with a new rad and boiler it should be clean water. Sluge in the system will reduce the life of the system.

Halftime?!?

I meant from

HI, if you have dirty water thats marking your carpets, there might be more issues with your heating system than just a leaking radiator.
Does the radiator get hot all over or is it colder particularly at the bottom of the radiator.
Also do you get lots of air in other radiators, quite often the upstairs bathroom
