Air Source Heat Pump - Bath

We have an Air Source Heat Pump with a 195l capacity water tank.

We don’t have a bath, only showers.

I’m looking for experiences of those with a Heat Pump and a bath as to how hot you can actually get said bath to determine whether it’s worth us investing.

I do miss a bath 🛁

Thanks in advance

We have an ashp and bath regularly, no issue x

My issue would be is everyone is different

ASHP seem to operate at around 18-20degrees and for me that is positively chilly.
I would need more heating to feel warm.

People have said they have a hot bath but their idea of hot isn’t mine

You must be able to figure out how hot the hot water is just from the tap.

That will give you the max temp of your bath of 195l of water.

If you want say a 400l bath then you take the average of the two temps, the cold water you add (maybe 5C in winter) and the hot water.

I have no idea how many litres the average bath is. Plus you have to fit BizzyLizzy in it so subtract some for you.

Edit google search says average bath is 80l. So unless you are going to buy a humongous bath you should have more than enough in your 195l cylinder to fill it up to 80l and therefore largely attain the same temp as your hot tap !
