Kitchen diner extension plans

We are planning an extension and trying to plan out the kitchen.

I've attached plans. As far as I can see unless we make radical changes, our only option is to have the fridge in the two places pictured. Id prefer to have a shallow tall cupboard for pantry against the back wall but am concerned the fridge is then not near any counter space. But by putting the fridge on the back wall you'd have to have a much shorter peninsula.

Any ideas or other comments on the plans welcome, nothing is decided yet including size of extension.

We love cooking but often cook separate things as I'm veggie. Also liable to do things like make bread or a cake on a whim, so we sometimes end up with lots going on and counter space is therefore important to us.

Here's what I have. I hate corner cupboards as things get lost in them. I have the kettle where people can easily make a drink without coming into main kitchen. The peninsula has a cupboard on the back for mugs. The hob is in the peninsula, with spice/cans and pan drawer under, so I can chat and cook. Dishwasher next to it, sink in corner.
On the back wall there's a boiler cupboard (up to ceiling for extra storage) and fridge freezer, again with extra cupboard on top. Then drawers, so plenty of work top. Double oven in far right, as once stuff is in oven I don't really need to watch it. Cupboards below and above.
It's really efficient, I generally chop and chuck stuff straight in the pan, so use the peninsula side, but if I'm baking I use the other side. Stacking and unstacking dishwasher is easy too, as the drawers for crockery is right opposite. Lastly, we have a floor to ceiling window at the end of the kitchen, cause drama.

@Jonas25 That is exactly what I mean. Both spaces are fairly small. You use space by having a wall of any kind between the two areas. So open it up and be creative about where eating space could go. You could have units with crockery etc in the dining end section. 7m is not huge. Yes, you might be limited with an island but you can use both sides of them. It’s a shame it’s only 3.75m deep. 5m gives way more options. You could also use the back wall of the dining area. Build storage into that. I have a built in larder unit in my kitchen and it’s brilliant.

That should be you LOSE space by having a wall between kitchen and eating area. They don’t need that separation.
